The things we think about at night,
Are never more than fear,
We all tend to run towards the light,
When it seems so near.
A wall may lay ahead,
But that has never stopped us before,
All the thoughts which you've been fed,
Should never be taken as more.
Anything you hear,
Makes you want to believe,
Look deep in the mirror,
Dust off the shoulders to relieve.
Wake up thinking of him,
It makes you feel hungover,
Your head hurts even when the light is dim,
Wishing that of him you were sober.
I'll never let you fall,
As long as you have faith in me,
I know beneath it all,
That soon of this hangover you'll be free.
