I just lay here,
Amidst this deafening silence,
This is my requiem of fear,
My own war of defiance.

With each and every breath,
I feel myself fade away,
A pain worse than death,
A heart of vanity and decay.

Everything seems so fake,
I'm so numb I can not feel,
They say you need to break,
Before you can heal.

But we know that I'm not the same,
I always skip step two,
I'm lost in the game,
And the only one who can help is you.

So join me in this final parade,
Together we will move the tallest mountain,
