I was alone,
Wasting away,
Set in stone,
I thought I was that day.

A wandering nomad,
Long since forsaken,
A life so sad,
A mind so shaken.

But the light,
Entered through the door,
Blindingly bright,
My star evermore.

A new chapter,
May have begun,
Happily ever after,
With my shining sun.
